1. i found a great chai tea latte recipe one day and i love it. i added my own flair to it though.
put cream in a small pot while you boil water for your tea bags.
add all spice, ground cloves, vanilla syrup or extract, and brown sugar to your taste. take a spatula and gently slide it over the bottom of the pot so the brown sugar doesn't burn. bring this mixture to a low simmer, then turn it off. you don't want to curdle your cream. when you have sufficiently brewed you chai tea bags, pour some into a cup, then add your latte mixture until it is a light creamy brown color. add steamed foamy milk, or whipping cream. or you can ice it.
